"Limitless Power"[1] is a stage theme from Kirby's Return to Dream Land named after the description of the Master Crown in the "Let Me Explain Everything" cutscene. It was composed by Hirokazu Ando.[1]

Composition[edit]

Kirby avoids the fiery orbs to the beat of the music.

"Limitless Power" is a dramatic and fast-paced theme in C minor and 3/4. It is heavily based on "The Adventure Begins" and can be seen as its minor counterpart, a befitting role given their designations. Changing the melody to fit the new meter, "Limitless Power" steadily sways between minor and diminished harmonies with occasional percussive remarks. The first section repeats twice, with the second's backing making the harmonies more complex. The first part reaches its peak at the end with F minor, the dominant to the following section's B-flat minor "Four Adventurers: Cookie Country", once again adapted to 3/4. This part ends with four cymbals crashes, one per beat, in time with the dominant to C minor. The first part repeats with a more quiet, harp-like instrument, while in the meantime the backing increases in volume with atonal rising sounds. The final section has less going on: an eight note followed by a longer note played by low brass, repeating every bar with new harmonies and instruments.
