Shepetto is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy XIV. He is Hhwato's son.

    History

Hhwato and Shepetto welcomed a group of visitors who had just arrived in the village. Their leader introduced himself as Wawlika, stationmaster of the Xak Tural Railing, and he was accompanied by two volunteers, Erenville and the Warrior of Light. Wawlika explained that a recent earthquake had damaged the railway tracks and that they needed wood to carry out the repairs. Shepetto noticed unfamiliar scents on the volunteers and became fascinated upon learning that they had come from distant lands. Hhwato then described their traditions and stated that he would provide the wood in exchange for a conversation.

Hhwato explained that the rroneek were sensitive creatures, and the noise of the train as it crossed the plains caused them distress. Wawlika said he understood the situation and would keep it in mind. When the visitors mentioned seeking guidance from Vow Koana, Shepetto revealed that rumors had left the tribe with a poor impression of him. Erenville then explained that the Warrior of Light had fought alongside Vow Koana in the rite of succession, clarifying that the rumors were based on a misunderstanding of his behavior. After their discussion, Hhwato thanked them for listening and easing the village's concerns, and he provided the wood needed for the repairs.[1]
