Havli is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy XIV.
History
At Mablu's suggestion, Wuk Lamat tried to negotiate an alpaca wool for a saddle to catch alpacas with Havli. Upon hearing the proposal, Havli said that the wool wouldn't cover the cost of a single buckle and that he would have to offer something of equivalent value. When asked what he would like, Havli negotiated for a jug of good quality Mezcal, as he likes to have a cup while inspecting the finished work. Shortly after making the offer, Havli hears Mablu calling Wuk Lamat “Third Promise” and changed the negotiation, now asking for a jar of premium mezcal, aged for at least three years. Havli explained that he doubled the price because he was supporting Zoraal Ja in the rite of succession, since he was going to war and that would increase the price of the saddles.[1] When Wuk Lamat returned with a jug of the requested mezcal, Havli is surprised. Although he didn't want to help, he couldn't go against his Pelupelu principles, and since it was a fair exchange, Havli crafted the saddle for Wuk Lamat.[2]
