Made a second animal from that kit, a cute little deer. Two inches tall, just over an inch wide.

Finished the star buck. Still not crazy about the colors, but it's good anyway. I should write out instructions for the cloven hooves and put them with the pattern, so that next time I won't have to figure out again how they're supposed to go. (This is me, not doing that.)

Two (or maybe three) ideas, dependent on finding the right fur:
lunar mare (Imbrium? Tranquillitas(sp)?)--I have moon-crater cotton, which might work with a fleece backing like I'm using for the Ultimate Calico cat(s), but I'd rather use fur
star buck (and possibly a star duck)--need starry fur

Caution: Rampaging ____________ (something meek, like mouse, sheep, bunny, deer). [ETA: duck would be good.]
Alternate title for a deer would be No Hunting.
Hunting Hound (probably the beagle pattern, but possibly a basset hound).
In line with that last one, I want to make a "deerhound". You know, with antlers. (Again, probably the beagle pattern.)
