This weapon has a Strength requirement of 2. It does bonus damage to limbs.

It has a special "Back Slash" attack, which does 70% damage in V.A.T.S. at the cost of 22 action points (requires a Melee skill of 50).

Locations

It is used by White Legs Pain-Makers and is not accessible to the player character without the use of console commands.
