Visuals: On a white background, the blue, stacked text "THRESHOLD ENTERTAINMENT" (in Times New Roman) fades in.
Technique: A digital graphic and a fading effect.
Audio: The closing theme of the program.
Availability: It was only seen on original TV airings of Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm; most prints of the series has the credits end with no logos whatsoever or simply the Saban Brands logo. However, it is retained on the Kombat Begins Again VHS release.
Visuals: On a black/blue gradient background with a white spotlight is a dark, CGI figure of Sub-Zero. There is also a larger silhouette of him in the background. The silhouette and figure move into a fighting position as the white text "A Lawrence Kasanoff/Threshold Entertainment Production" wipes onto the background.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on episodes of Mortal Kombat: Conquest up until "Thicker Than Blood".
-
Error (MK Conquest, episode 14, October 6th, 2024 Heroes & Icons airing)
Visuals: The camera zooms into an opening door, which leads to a cloudy background. The letters of the text from the previous logo fly into place.
Theatrical Variant: Same concept, except that when the camera goes through the door, the company name rotates into view as the sun shines over it.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: The closing theme of the program.
Audio Variants:
- On episode 22 of Mortal Kombat: Conquest, a door creaking sound is heard.
- The theatrical variant is silent.
Availability: Seen on Mortal Kombat: Conquest episodes beginning with "Shadow of a Doubt". The theatrical variant appeared at the start of Beowulf (1999).
Visuals: It starts with a solar eclipse, emitting a purple aura. The eclipse lightens and reveals a circular metallic doorway. The left side is covered while the right is opened, revealing a starry galaxy. The two-row stacked text "THRESHOLD ANIMATION STUDIOS" in blue lettering, is below the logo. The text shines.
Trivia: This logo was made in 2008, when production on Foodfight! was completed, though the film itself wasn't released until 2012.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: The opening theme of the movie, composed by Walter Murphy.
Availability: Seen only on Foodfight!.
