Resisting Everything but Temptation

…but it's been that kind of day—I can no longer remember the third one. The one that stands out: my mom emailed me a list of old books that she and my dad are going to donate or sell. She was asking me and my brother if there were any we wanted to keep. I checked out the list, and on it was a first edition, in quite excellent condition, of Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

I allowed that I would be happy to take it off her hands, but had she perhaps checked to see that many people on eBay are offering this book, in lesser condition, for around $10,000? :D

The second thing: I amused myself no end last night by watching this week's episode of Supernatural (decidedly excellent), followed by the last episode of Galavant—in which the same actor who plays Cain plays King Richard and cavorts around singing exceedingly silly songs. In a truly beautiful baritone, as it turns out.

Coding all day and the brain, it hurts. I'm so not a born coder.
