Pulse Follow Con (Japanese: 追撃の鼓動・術策 Pursuit pulse · tactics) is a single-tiered passive type-C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Pulse Follow Con inflicts the Exposure and Discord statuses on foes within range of the user with sufficiently lower resistance; and boosts it's user's attack and speed based on the maximum cooldown of the user's special skill, decreases the damage of the foe's first attack, and lowers the user's special cooldown before the user's follow-up attack during combat.
