Encouragement (Japanese: 鼓舞激励 Encouragement) is a single-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal skill of the rearmed variation of Hinoka. Encouragement grants stat boosts, Treachery, and Incited to its user and their nearby allies; it inflicts stat debuffs, neutralizes bonuses, and mitigates damage-reducing skills for nearby enemies; and when its user initiates combat or is near an ally, it boosts the damage they deal, neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe's or prevent the user's follow-up attacks, and it increases the power of Potent Follow X%.
