Stretch yourself a little and try something new. Go play in a new fandom or with a new pairing. Try working in a new medium. Or check out some fanworks that are new to you. (The recs from Day 2 might be a good place to start.)

As a result of the rec post from a few days ago, I've read several new pairings and I've got two new shows bookmarked to watch: Tin Man and Hit The Floor. I'm going to start Tin Man tonight!

Side Note: I went back to work today, so I'm trying to catch up with everything now!
