I've used Apple iBooks for years to read .epub files downloaded from AO3. I don't like reading longer fic on my computer -rather do it on my tablet. I had a lot of stuff I've downloaded recently, so I plugged in my iPad to get it transferred and whoops! It took most of the fic off my iPad and won't put it back. It's only acknowledging about 240 out of the 600 fic I have downloaded. Which is weird. You'd think it would be all of it.

So I've had to download another e-reader. However, it doesn't seem to have a collections function (I have things separated by fandom (did I mention 600 stories?)) and everything on it is showing as 'new'. Grr.

I had planned to be a slacker on the sofa with a nice juicy fanfic all afternoon. Instead I'm dealing with this nonsense.

Question, totally unrelated - is there similar community on Dreamwidth to fanfic100? I think someone mentioned something during the Snowflake challenge but it's left my brain.
