“Hard to pierce!”
Thick Skin is a Endurance-based perk in Fallout 76, introduced in the Ghoul Within update. It is available exclusively for Ghoul players.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk reduces the damage received from ballistic weapons while not wearing Power Armor. It affects all weapons that have the WeaponTypeBallistic keyword, so basically all non-energy pistols, submachineguns, rifles, shotguns, heavy guns and explosive guns used by enemies.
