Pharma Farma is a Luck-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk increases the amount of first aid Chems found in containers and on dead enemies, based on the player character's Luck:

| 0-14 | 0-20% |
| 15-29 | 21-40% |
| 30-59 | 41-60% |
| 60+ | 61-85% |
The following items qualify as "first aid Chems" due to having the ChemTypeHealing keyword:

Notes[edit]
- The perk used to be available in the Nuclear Winter battle royale gameplay mode, where it granted a 80% chance to find Chems while searching a Nuclear Winter container.[1]
- A card is found in Vault 76 on checkpoint pop-up number 6, labeled "Get a Job."
