Hard Bargain is a Charisma-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk temporarily grants seven additional points to Charisma while buying and selling at non-player vendors.

Notes[edit]
- Prior to Patch 1.7.16.13, the perk had three ranks which granted 3/6/9 additional Charisma points for the purpose of bartering only.
- The perk image is similar to the Master Trader perk from Fallout 3 and the Cap Collector perk from Fallout 4.
