Natural Resistance is an Endurance-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
As long as the player character does not suffer from a disease, this perk increases their Fire, Poison and Cryo Resistances, based on their Endurance.

Notes[edit]
- Prior to the Milepost Zero update, this perk had three ranks, each of which reduced the chance to catch a disease from the environment by 30%.
- Prior to Patch 1.7.16.13, the perk also affected Energy Resistance.
- The perk is unavailable for Ghoul players.
