Philanthropist is a Charisma-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
Whenever eating or drinking, some hunger and thirst are restored for all teammates. The first rank restores 500, the second rank restores 1,000 and the third rank restores 1,500 hunger and thirst.
