Tenderizer is a Charisma-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk increases the damage an enemy takes by 0.1% for each attack made by a player, allowing multiple players to stack the effect on the same target, up to a maximum of 100% increased damage. These stacks do not expire over time. The effect does not work in PvP.

Notes[edit]
- Prior to Patch 1.7.18.22, the perk had three ranks that resulted in attackers taking 5%/7%/10% increased damaged for 5/7/10 seconds. Each rank cost one point of Charisma.
- Prior to Patch 1.4.1.4, the perk's damage increase was 5%/6%/7%.
Behind the Scenes[edit]
The perk used to be available in the Nuclear Winter battle royale gameplay mode, where it resulted in attackers taking 20% increased damage for 10 seconds.[1] It cost nine points of Charisma.
