Quack Surgeon is a Charisma-based perk in Fallout 76.
Gameplay[edit]
The perk allows for reviving other players with liquor rather than using a Stimpak, by using the Reload button when close to a downed player. The liquor used is randomly chosen from the player's inventory. The following consumables qualify as liquor:

- Cranberry Moonshine¹
- Duchess's Dram
- Hard Lemonade
- Lead champagne¹
- Lead Champagne Bellini
- Lead champagne Mimosa
- Liquid Courage¹
- Mountain Honey¹
- Nuka-Cola Dark¹
- Rum¹
- Sweetwater Special Blend
- Tick blood tequila¹
- Tick blood Tequila Margarita
- Tick Blood Tequila Sunrise
- Vodka¹
- Whiskey¹
- White Russian
- ¹ Fermentable and vintage variants may be used by Quack Surgeon.
