A slave of Caesar's Legion, he along with a fellow slave was attacked and stung by Radscorpions inside of Affordable Al's Discount Hospital. While his companion calls for help, he sits leaning against a pillar.

S2E2 - The Golden Rule[edit]
Following the cries for help, Cooper Howard and Lucy MacLean arrive at the hospital's kitchen where they discover the injured slaves. Seeing the pair wearing tunics, Cooper recognizes them as being associated with Caesar's Legion, remarking that they're "awful far west". When Lucy goes to give the woman a Stimpak, Howard protests, telling her that it would be a waste of resources and "Folks in them outfits don't deserve savin'." His attention is then drawn to the man, whom he offers to help stand up. Instead, Howard slits the man's throat and begins eating him. He begins approaching the woman, with Lucy protesting, telling him to leave her alone. Howard then begins to gag, spitting out what he had just eaten, and returns to the man, discovering a poisoned wound on his back.
