Hank MacLean uses the radio system to attempt to contact an unknown individual, informing them on the situation regarding Black Box development, and telling them that they will soon be begging him to join them.
S2E7 - The Handoff[edit]
When Norm MacLean attempts to contact Lucy MacLean using the radio equipment at the Vault-Tec Headquarters, the equipment in Global Comms picks it up.
