Divine Specter (Japanese: 天穹・鬼没 Heavenly sky: phantom disappearance) is a passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it comes in one tier, as an alternative higher-tier option for Blue Skies. Divine Specter allows its user to move after taking an action, increases it's user's attack and defense during combat if they either initiate combat or are within range of an ally, and increases the damage dealt by the user and decreases the damage dealt by the foe in combat based on the number of allies within range of the user.

Enables【Canto (Dist. +1; Max 4)】.

If unit initiates combat or if there is an ally
within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit,
grants Atk/Def+10 to unit, unit deals +X × 4
damage (excluding area-of-effect Specials),
and reduces damage from foe's first attack by
X × 3 during combat ("first attack" normally
means only the first strike; for effects that
grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first
and second strikes; X = number of allies within
3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit; max 3).

【Canto (Dist. +1; Max 4)】
After an attack, Assist skill, or structure
destruction, unit can move spaces = number
of spaces from start position to end position
of unit before the above, +1. (Max 4.)

(Unit moves according to movement type. Once
per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest
value applied. Does not stack. After moving,
if a skill that grants another action would be
triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will
trigger after the granted action. Unit's base
movement has no effect on movement granted.
Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy)
a distance greater than unit would be able to
move with normal Canto movement.)
