-I get so depressed when I think about how she has only one friend, and he's her ex-boyfriend. And the only other person who talks to her without initiation is Jacob Ben Israel.
-Yesterday, reading Jacob's article about the sectionals performance, I could have SWORN I read "but it would have been even better with Miss Berry's vocals" and when I scrolled back up to copy/paste the line, I reread it four times and realized it did not exist. I had censored the article to better suit Rachel's mind. ohhhh gosh.
-I just grinned like a little school girl when Finn called Rachel "hot". REALLY?!

also, I'm thinking with a better vocabulary than normal.

BYU's belltower normally plays a few strains of  "Come, Come Ye Saints" every hour on the hour before tolling the hour chimes. And in between random things we have organ majors play little programs of various songs that I don't normally hear and/or recognize.

Yesterday, since HP7 came out at midnight, this is what they played instead- every hour on the hour:

and fyi, I have NOT seen the movie yet. :C I had no idea how Harry Potter enthused Provo/BYU was, and within the first few days of being on sale they were all basically sold out. Also, people waited at the theatre for sometimes nine hours. So missing that part of the midnight release I am not too put out about.

I do not know when I'll see it, but I swear it WILL happen. PREFERABLY SOON. But I don't have a car soooooo it'll be an adventure.

why is it that Christo and Jeanne-Claude and the Hudson River School of Art offer me no inspiration
even though I would give my left arm for to meet and work with either group?
how is this essay, which should be covering like 20 pages, hardly fills up 8?

I need to tell you about my date last night! It was wonderful!
But alas, I really truly have no time.

I'll just tell you it was wonderful, I looked like a babe, my date, Jansen, agreed (he actually said "really nice", but calling me a babe would be offcolor for his gentlemanly nature), and we had an awesome time. I would totally go out with him again. But we really are just friends. :P
even though he told my roommate that it was one of his better dates. And that I looked great (with a ;) added).

I reallyyyyyyy love cooking. I have decided.

I'm not awesome or creative at making particularly inexpensive, creative, OR healthy things, but I LOVE following recipes, combining ingredients, mixing, making smells, making meals, and making myself feel instantly at home.

Not even necessarily "oh mom used to make this I can taste my childhood" at home. More like "look, I just made something amazing that my mother made once (or never made). I'm my own adult!" at home.

but this week I'm forcing myself to eat my leftovers and STOP COOKING. Until I run out of leftovers.

When I DO finish my leftovers, these are the things I need to make in the near future (in order of importance due to ingredients sitting around).
-Apricot Chicken (allrecipes)
-Ritzy Chicken (cooking for 2)
-Chicken Cordon Bleu (purple book)
-Goulash (allrecipes or James)

and whatever else tickles my fancy.

Tell me I did not just spend 5 hours on this to have it trying to print on freaking A3 paper. WHAT KIND OF PROGRAM SETS A3 AS DEFAULT. do you not realize I still have 8 paintings to do in the next three days? I don't have time for this garbage, freaking computer!!
