Hawk King Claw is a weapon skill in Fire Emblem Heroes exclusive to Tibarn.
Functionally, this weapon allows Tibarn to reliably follow-up against full health opponents, diminishing his need for speed as an offensive tool, while also boosting his Atk by 3. In addition, it possesses the standard flying beast transformation effect of a further Atk +2 and an extra space of movement.
