Vance is drug dealer in the Hub's Old Town in Fallout.
Background[edit]
Camped out in a warehouse in the run down quarter of Hub, Vance is one of the city's biggest drug dealers, with a large stockpile that includes Rad-X and RadAway.

Effects of Player's Actions[edit]
- With insufficient Charisma or Barter, or less than 4 Intelligence, the Vault Dweller must speak to Jake or Lemmy for a peaceful relationship with Vance to gain access to Vance's supply of drugs.
- It is possible to access Vance's inventory and trade with him by using the Barter skill. The dialogue will be unchanged after the transaction. The Vault Dweller needs to leave without fighting immediately afterwards if they don't want to completely lose access to Vance.
