Mrs. Stapleton owns the library in the Hub's Downtown merchant block, next to Mitch's All-N-One Store, the Friendly Lending Company and Beth's gun shop in Fallout.

Quests[edit]
- Find the Water Chip: Prior to the completion of this central quest, should the Vault Dweller ask Mrs. Stapleton about any information concerning water chips, she will offer the Vault Locations v34.129 disk, for a price which can be negotiated.
- Harden your Power Armor: After Miles of the Boneyard asks if the Vault Dweller can find his Chemistry Journals, Mrs. Stapleton can be asked for them, for a price. Once Miles receives his journals, he can harden power armor.
- If the Vault Dweller has 2 Intelligence & 2 Charisma, Mrs. Stapleton offers an English language holodisk, the catch being they have to find it.
Effects of Player's Actions[edit]
She will not interact at all if the Vault Dweller threatens her to get information.
