C Channel

C Channel was an Canadian pay television channel that specialized in arts programming, it launched on February 1, 1983 and closed on June 30 of the same year.
Visuals: On a black background, the camera pans arround a close-up of the C Channel logo (a letter "C" set at an angle, having a rainbow gradient texture, with the top half being twisted to the front), when the camera reaches the top of the logo, the camera zooms out, revealing the full C Channel logo.
Technique: Camera-controlled animation.
Audio: A repeating synth arpeggio, which segues into a rising orchestral fanfare.
