DejaView was launched on September 7, 2001.
Visuals: Here are the main versions:
- Superimposed over the promo, a pink cartoonish bean-like speech bubble appears. Then the letters "D" e" j" "a" "V" "i" "e" and "w" in a weird-like font and two sparkles slide to the bubble in all directions, forming the full word. After that, the crescent shape slides up, bumping to the letters. The crescent shape then rotates a little.
- On a purple background with light purple and yellow dots rotating, the DejaView logo (which consists of a pink speech bubble with sparkles, "DejaView" in a weird-like font and the crescent shape used in most Canadian TV logos) zooms in while rotating fast. The logo then stops zooming, wobbling a little. In the background, stars are sparkling.
- Same as before, but the background for DejaView is different and the logo for DejaView animates differently. The logo rotates clockwise and stops without wobbling. After 9 seconds, the hue disappears.
