Pets & Animals

Overview

Residents owning or responsible for pets and animals within the city of Temple Terrace are accountable for their care, well-being, and overall control. Unless in an Agricultural Urban zoning district, certain animals like cattle, goats, chickens, or other non-domestic animals are prohibited in Temple Terrace. It is also unlawful to allow pets to produce excrement without the owner or responsible person removing and properly disposing of that waste.
