No, I'm not British; I merely have ancestors who came from various British "possessions" and I grew up reading occasional British editions of things, which is why I'm not bent out of shape by British/Canadian spelling. So. How compromised am I?
1. Marmite—love or hate?
Had once. Not in my wheelhouse at this time.
2. Marmalade—thick cut or thin cut?
I think of marmalade as more like jam than liverwurst.
3. Porridge—made with milk or water?
Hmmmmm. Hot cereals? I grew up with oatmeal, Wheatena, and corn meal mush, all made with milk; I have on occasion made them (well, Wheatena has left my repertory) with water; sometimes I want one or the other. The pot is still a bitch to clean though.

At one point I sugared hot cereals. I don't anymore. I cinnamon them.

Apparently not, unless one counts the Chinese restaurant on the other side of the highway, and they're more an "oily" spoon. The true greasy spoons were priced out of the neighborhood years ago

No but I have some Canadian dollars and a few miscellaneous coins.
20. Does your home town have a Latin, Gaelic or Welsh alternative.

not the same thing) Closes My Ears, which is of course why I want to read more
gerald_duck . Without going into the gory details, when my late sibling was in the hospital and Mom and Dad came out to visit, I took them to the only Catholic church I knew of; I ended up there after my attempt to return to the Episcopal Church didn't exactly work out; I joined in 2009. Yes, there is stuff not making me happy (ask me about the Archbishop of San Francisco some time) and yes, the Episcopalians are closer to some of my positions. But yeah, the Pope is stuck with me, ;-)
So yeah. Weekly with occasional weekday worship.
