Yesterday turned out to be a Getting Things Done day as well. I managed to get craft supplies for 21 Advent Wreaths for Midweek tomorrow. If we need more, then some kids will have to watch movies and eat cookies tomorrow, and we'll do another wreath day next week. That would be a good problem to have. Now if only everyone would pay for their wreath like my letter to parents said...

I also got some wreaths of my own up around the house yesterday (well, outside, I mean). I'm going to switch them around tonight though, because I have a Better Wreath Plan. :) Cleaning, putting up some other Xmas stuff maybe, and getting ready for our fake Thanksgiving which is on Sunday at my mom's.

I gave the girls the PS2 that I bought to replace the broken one. They happily played Guitar Hero last night. :) I should get them Guitar Hero III for Xmas.

I still need a good idea or two for J (younger daughter), though. A fun t-shirt or something like that. And I need to order stuff from Amazon or somewhere. And figure out about my dad and stepmom. Blah. They are hard to buy for. I put my brother in charge of it, though. Ha! :P

Today is the day of The Girls WILL Clean Their Rooms or Else.

Today is Steve Dahl's birthday!

:)

Yesterday I worked, left early, worked out (I find myself enjoying it, looking forward to it, even. Though ask me again after I meet with my personal trainer)(I'm just doing a one time session to get assessed and get some advice), showered at the gym (nice!), and then picked the girls up to go to dinner at my dad's.

My dad wasn't there, though, seeing as he's in Vegas with my brother, but my stepmother and her siblings were there, along with my aunt and uncle on my dad's side. So we had Lou Malnatti's pizza and had a lovely time. :)

My oft-ill aunt Roberta found out recently that she has celiac disease and is allergic to gluten. She has now never felt better in her life, after learning that and changing her diet. How awesome is that? But how awful that it took so long to diagnose.

Lou Malnatti's has gluten-free pizza, though, which she literally sang and danced over last night!

We then watched most of Dancing with the Stars, which my aunt Marsha is obsessed with. Marie Osmond looks great!

Today I'm at work, not really wanting to be here, as I'm overwhelmed by my messy house, my ever-growing pile of stuff to do, my Xmas list, and just general Usual stuff. But I'll work out after work, and then go tackle all of it!

I started making a Black Friday shopping list, and plan to head out to the stores as early as I can. :) Yes, really.
