Corralling those bunnies

It's the last day of the challenge. How did the month go by so quickly? How did everyone do? I tried working on two different stories and made a little progress on both.

Before we wrap this up I'd like to discuss - Titles.

How do you chose the title for your work? Does it spring forth fully formed? Does it elude you till the end? Do you grab a music title or line of poetry? Perhaps you have some mysterious formula for finding it. Inquiring minds want to know.

We have a week and a half left. How's it going? My own is moving in small steps but at least it's moving instead of collecting more dust.

Creativity is an interesting process.



Are you finding unexpected gems in your hard work? A turn of phrase, a color contrast, a new spice for those pancakes? Is there anything about your wip that has brought you unexpected pleasure?

Has your creative work taken a turn you never expected? Been influenced by dreams? Has music or mood influenced your piece?

I once dreamt I was a cat weaving between and rubbing against Rodney McKay's legs. I don't think we need to spent too much time trying to figure out what that dream meant. *coff*

I found a note I wrote a few days ago. A list really, and on it I'd written: Toothpaste - Coffee filters - Uniform kink.**

And if you have things that help your creative muse along, is it something you can incorporate into your day like a certain song or a walk in the woods? Or does it come completely out of the blue?
