Sigune (Japanese: シグーネ Sigune) is a Pegasus Knight commander from Ilia who has aligned herself with Bern, and the boss of Chapter 19 of the Ilia route of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Sigune has chosen to side herself with Bern on the basis of Bern being better at warfare, and treats Roy and his army as invaders seeking to conquer the Carrhae region in the name of Etruria. Sigune attempts to use a blizzard and ballistae to her advantage, but fails and is defeated by Roy and his army.

Sigune appears at the start of Chapter 19, being tasked by Bern to defend Ilia from the Etrurian Army's advance. A pegasus knight notifies her of their approach and expresses doubt about fighting on the side of Bern, having heard that the Etrurians claim that they will liberate Ilia from Bern. Sigune does not believe this, arguing that if they defeat Bern, the Etrurian Army will turn on Ilia, and so allying with the militaristic Bern is the safer choice. She then turns their attention to finishing preparations of the ballistae.

Sigune is a disciplined pegasus knight of Ilia who abides by Ilian loyalty, even willing to cut down those she knows, like Thea, for the sake of her employer. Juno notes that she and Sigune used to be rivals, suggesting that they trained together. However, Juno acknowledges that behind her tough exterior, she was actually kind of heart, and laments that they became enemies in battle.
