Randy (Japanese: ランディ ) is a knight of Bern tasked with the operation in Arcadia, and the boss of chapter 14 of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Randy has been tasked with leading a mission to Arcadia to look for signs of dragon life in the area, succeeding in this mission thanks to having Zeiss report the results; the next part of Randy's mission was conquering Arcadia in the name of Bern, where he ended up running into Roy and his army and was duly defeated.
