Raith (Japanese: レイス ) is a commander of Bern tasked to the Nabata-Etruria border and in charge of keeping Fae captive, and the boss of chapter 15 of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Raith initially thought Fae to be an ordinary human girl and ordered a soldier to throw her out of his castle, but upon seeing the special dragonstone the soldier had confiscated reversed course and ordered his forces to not let her get away. Despite seemingly having backing from two major Etrurian generals, Raeth fails in this task and ends up defeated by Roy and his army who have also sought out Fae.
