Lupe is a water vendor at the Grub n' Gulp rest stop. She sells both purified and Dirty Water, stating that a little radiation never killed anyone.

- Despite having jugs and a still, Lupe does not sell moonshine.
- Arriving at the Grub n' Gulp rest stop might cause an assassination attempt by Caesar's Legion that will very likely kill Lupe and/or Fitz.

Bugs[edit]
Both Fitz and Lupe lack an AI package to keep them at their storefronts. If anything pulls them away from their stores, such as nearby combat, they will remain where they stand and will not return to their storefronts.
