Andy Scabb is a gang leader living in the Gray, inside of North Vegas Square in Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[edit]
Andy Scabb and his thugs are a gang of robbers operating out of the Gray in North Vegas Square. They are plotting to rob the Crimson Caravan Company and the Hostetler household before skipping town, having recruited Alice Hostetler, the daughter of Don Hostetler, an employee of the caravan business, to easily gain access to the Caps.[1][2]
