Hobbler is a perk in the Fallout: New Vegas DLC Dead Money.
Gameplay[edit]
Hobbler increases the chance to hit an opponent's left and right legs in V.A.T.S. by 25%. The effect is multiplicative, rather than additive.

This perk can help counter-act the downside of the Fast Shot trait.
Behind the Scenes[edit]
In the 1990 movie Misery, a serial killer hobbles her favorite novelist by smashing his foot with a sledgehammer. When asked if the perk references this, Joshua Sawyer posted "Not directly, but the icon does suggest that."[Dev 1]
