Gameplay[edit]
The perk was intended to be combined with Math Wrath for obscene reductions in Action Points cost to VATS attacks, but because of the Pip-Boy 3000 not capable of displaying AP info the proper use of this perk would have required a lot of meta-gaming to learn the AP cost various weapons and attacks before entering VATS. A Vault Boy icon for the perk was also never made as it never saw any implementation.[Dev 1][Dev 2]
