The Goodsprings Homes are four houses located within Goodsprings in the Mojave Wasteland. Three of the houses belong to settlers and the white house closest to Victor's Shack is shared by Trudy and Sunny Smiles.
Layout[edit]
There are four homes: three of them are found south east of Doc Mitchell's House, while the fourth one is northwest of his home. Each one has a mailbox out front.
The houses are numbered according to their Cell ID, so GSHouseInterior01 will be Home One, GSHouseInterior02 is Home Two and so on.
Home One[edit]
There are two entrances to the home: a northern and southern entrance. The southern entrance has a small plot of land outside it where there are two owned and pickable Nevada Agave Plant, two Maize Stalks, and one Prickly Pear Cactus.
The southern entrance leads into the kitchen where a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap can be found on the counter. There is also a refrigerator and oven in the room. The kitchen is connected to a hallway with leads to the bedroom and bathroom on the left and the living right on the right.
Next to the bed on the left side there is a Single Shotgun and twelve 20 Gauge Rounds. The bathroom contains two first aid boxes.
The living room is where the northern entrance leads into. In this room there is a Chinese Army: Special Ops Training Manual skill book on the shelves, as well as a few other books. A small office is connected to this room with a desk in it.
Home Two[edit]
Outside the home there is a small plot of land a Goodsprings Settler may be tending to. There are two owned and pickable Nevada Agave Plants.
The initial area is a small room that leads to a kitchen to the left and the living room to the right. Besides a dresser there isn't much in this room. The kitchen contains two first aid boxes, a refrigerator, oven as well as a few items. There are 20 9mm rounds on the oven, as well as a bottle of purified water on a nearby table.
The living room is fairly empty, but the bedroom further in has an Average-locked safe, and two pre-War money bundles on some shelves. The key for the safe can be found underneath the money. The bathroom connects to the bedroom and does not have any drinkable water; it does however contain a toolbox.
Home Three[edit]
There is a southern and northern entrance to this home, but both of them lead to the same room: a small bedroom. To the east of the room is a kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, and to the west is another bedroom. A BB Gun, twelve BBs, and a Buffout can be found on a desk in the western room.
Home Four[edit]
A small plot can be found outside the home, though most of the plants are withered. There are two pickable Barrel Cacti, one Banana Yucca Plant, one Maize Stalk, and one Nevada Agave Plant.
The first room inside is a living room with the only point of interest being the mole rat skin rug. The bathroom is likewise empty. However, the kitchen has a few pieces of food alongside a refrigerator. Nearby there is a pantry with a Lad's Life skill magazine on a set of stairs as well as shelves full of produce.
The bedroom has a Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Cap on the table as well as an Ammo Box next to a cabinet.
Loot[edit]
- A Chinese Army: Special Ops Training Manual - In the home situated east of the schoolhouse, on the bookshelf in the living room underneath a Large Scorched Book.
- Lad's Life - found in Home 4 in the room with shelves of food.
- Two Sunset Sarsaparilla Star Bottle Caps - In Home One, on the kitchen counter next to a Toaster. Another one is located in the bedroom of Home 4 on the table.
- Two boxes of .22LR Rounds near the bottom left of a cabinet.
- Key - Under some pre-War money on the bottom shelf of a bookcase in the house south of Doc Mitchell's House. This key opens a nearby safe.
Notes[edit]
- If the female Goodsprings Settler from the gecko's ambush during the tutorial quest Back in the Saddle is saved, she will be living in Trudy and Sunny's house (Home One), making a total of three inhabitants. Trudy can be found here if she is not present in the saloon.
- With the exception of Easy Pete's house (opposite the saloon), everything within the houses is considered owned and must be stolen, unless the Run Goodsprings Run quest has been completed.
- Home Two, which is Easy Pete's house, serves as good player housing. All the storage within is safe, none of the items or beds are owned, and Easy Pete will rarely use it. It is also fairly close to the fast travel point.
