UPDATED Policy 7:190 Student Behavior
On July 16, 2024, Board of Education approved changes to the personal electronic devices policy. All changes can be found in the Student Code of Conduct & Parent Handbook as well as in Policy 7:190 Student Behavior.
Mayor Gives Lessons on Local Government
We had a special visitor to second grade, as Decatur Mayor Julie Moore-Wolfe took the time to talk with students about how our local government works and her role as mayor. Thank you Mayor for helping out with our lessons in local government!
2nd Grade Students Share the Love
Our students are sharing the love this Valentine's Day! Second grade students made and delivered valentines to seniors at Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation. We love connecting with our neighbors and spreading some joy!
DLS Classrooms Get Promethean Boards
Our Kindergarten and First grade classes recently received Promethean Smart boards! The teachers and students have all been enjoying this new mode of hands-on learning.
