After Adam Pieczka (born September 8, 1957, at Wilamowice near Bielsko-Biała, Silesia Province, Poland), Assistant Professor in the Department of Mineralogy, Petrography, and Geochemistry, Faculty of Geology, Geophysics, and Environmental Protection, Kraków, Poland, for his extensive contributions to the crystal chemistry of pegmatite minerals.
