It was launched in 2004 as an OLED news aggregator and quickly grew to become a hub for OLED professionals and enthusiasts, with a monthly readership of over 120,000. Today OLED-Info provides a knowledge hub and extended services for OLED professionals and industry people, as well as those who want to learn more about this exciting new technology.

Who we are
Ron Mertens is OLED-Info's owner and editor-in-chief. A software engineer by trade, Ron turned a curiosity with displays and emerging technologies into a career, bringing his eye for detail and passion for technology with him. He works with his wife Roni, senior editor of OLED-Info, and lives with their four children. In addition to learning how to perform the balancing act of working closely with your spouse, Ron also enjoys playing the piano, dabbling in photography, surfing and hiking.

Roni Peleg is OLED-Info's senior editor. Her work spans technical translations, literary editing and content writing. She works together with her husband Ron, OLED-Info's owner and editor-in-chief. In her scarce free time, when she is not working or busy raising four children, she enjoys cooking, baking and designing jewelry. Roni is a professed linguaphile and philomath, who believes one should learn something new every day, preferably in an exotic language.
