Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez or Tuco is a mercenary captain hired by John Bishop in Fallout 2.[1]
Background[edit]
He is located in the Mercenaries' Cave. Tuco is dressed in combat armor. His armor and weapons look well-maintained, almost new.[2] He is a mercenary captain, scanning the area and fingering his weapon.[3]
Tuco's Dog Tags, as well as those of Angel-Eyes and Blondie, can be used to open the raiders safe, as a piece of the lock combination has been printed on each of them.

Behind the Scenes[edit]
A community member has submitted an Easter Egg on this topic: In the Mercenaries' Cave, there are three sets of dog tags that match the three main characters from the Western film, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Angel-Eyes, Tuco and Blondie.[4]
