There really is nothing to say about the Bishop 'Family.' Oh, there is the extended family of hired thugs, mercenaries, whores, pushers, and slaves, but that is really all that the Bishop 'family' amounts to.Leslie Anne Bishop

The Bishops are a powerful crime family led by John Bishop in 2241, and by Mr. Bishop in 2280. They inhabit the Shark Club casino in both Fallout 2 and in the Fallout: The Roleplaying Game expansion Royal Flush.

Background[edit]

The family is a powerful group in New Reno, involved in business and politics.[1][2] John lives with his wife, Leslie Anne Bishop and daughter Angela Bishop.[3]

The New California Republic hired the Bishops as middlemen, who in turn hired the Raiders who harass Vault City, in the hopes that it will turn to NCR for protection.[4] The Bishops hire bounty hunters to find those who steal from them, such as Bruce Isaac.[5]

  3. Chosen One: "Your daughter Angela?"
Leslie Anne Bishop: "Yes, my daughter, Angela. She has become quite the little tramp. (Smiles ruefully.) Like mother, like daughter…(Sighs in irritation.) Now, is that *all?*"

  4. Chosen One: "Rumor has it that the NCR is making a deal with the Bishops."
Tandi: "No point trying to keep secrets around here. We're negotiating with New Reno for membership in the NCR. They should have some pull with places like Vault City."

  5. Bruce Isaac: "Ahhh! Please don't kill me, I swear I'll have - wait. You... you don't work for Mr. Bishop, do you?"
