Chloe Glass is a character who appears in the Fallout Television Series.
Background[edit]
Prior to the Great War, Chloe Glass was an executive assistant working for the Vault-Tec Corporation who was selected to be a member of the Bud's Buds program. At the onset of the war, she entered Vault 31 and was frozen alongside her fellow buds, so she could one day be released and assume the role of Overseer of either Vault 32 or Vault 33.

S2E2 - The Golden Rule[edit]
After Norm MacLean unfreezes all of the Buds, Chloe is one of the last to exit her pod. She exits her pod on the wrong side, resulting in her falling backwards and sliding down an embankment, hitting her head on the floor. After fellow bud Claudia asks if she is alright, she pops up, telling the group that she is okay.
Later, she climbs to the top of a human tower to open a maintenance hatch, smashing herself in the face and giving herself a bloody nose in the process. As the group exits the top of the vent, she briefly stops to help Claudia exit first, before herself stepping out. She walks with the rest of the buds, cresting the top of a nearby sand dune and looking over Santa Monica.[1]
S2E5 - The Wrangler[edit]
Chloe travels with the rest of the Buds to the Vault-Tec Headquarters.
S2E7 - The Handoff[edit]
Chloe is present as the rest of the Buds discuss what to do about Norm MacLean.
S2E8 - The Strip[edit]
Norm MacLean is dragged through a room by the members of Bud's Buds as he and Claudia protest. Ronnie McCurtry assures them that Norm will get a fair trial, as they are still in America. As Claudia attempts to save Norm, Ronnie tells her that she is not one of them, as she only got the job the week before the war. He throws her off of Norm, slamming her into a nearby elevator button.
As the sound of the elevator approaches, the buds stop in suspense, recalling the roach farm mentioned by Barv. As the doors open, Chloe steps forward, peering into the elevator shaft. Not seeing anything, she begins to say that it seems like the roaches aren't actually that big, before a radroach pounces on her, knocking her to the ground and tearing out her throat, killing her. The rest of the buds begin fleeing as more roaches pour out of the elevator shaft.

She is first mentioned in S1E8 - The Beginning, seen as an inhabitant of Vault 31 on the cyro screen.
