Julia Masters was the CFO of REPCONN Aerospace before the Great War.
Background[edit]
She and Leonard Steeple fought against Poseidon Energy to stop them from buying REPCONN out. However, when RobCo Industries put in an offer, and Steeple asked for her help once more, she used this to call a vote of no confidence on him, which got him replaced and REPCONN was sold. Later, she would conspire with outside entities to carry out corporate espionage and steal the Q-35 Matter Modulator while it was being shipped.[1]
Masters joined other corporate leaders such as Robert House, Leon Von Felden, Frederick Sinclair, alongside Vault‑Tec executives at the Vault-Tec Headquarters, in conversations regarding potential experiments the companies could run in Vault-Tec vaults.
