I was hoping one of you mac users who've used Fetch in the past to upload your VVC files to their server might know if you're supposed to switch not only the mode to binary, but the format as well. 'Cause there's an option entitled MacBinary III under format that I'm not sure if I'm supposed to choose over the automatic setting.
I just really don't want to take the time to upload all my files, only to learn I have to do it all over again with different settings. So, anyone know?

I am hoping to hook up with some relatives who live near Chicago - Lake Zurich.
Since one of them is very ill, they may not be able to drive so I'd like to have a public transit backup. When I looked into this last year, I found that - as an out-of-towner - figuring out how to use the commuter trains and understanding stop locations could be difficult.
Any suggestions on how to get from the hotel via train to Lake Zurich on a weekday. Preference is for no connections since my mobility is also limited.
I was considering the Metra Union Pacifc Northwest Line to Barrington. Grab the train at the Edison Park station (which according to yahoo maps is 2 miles from the hotel). http://metrarail.com/System_map/in…
I checked with the hotel and they've advised me that their shuttle will not take me to that Metra station. I'll be looking into taxicabs which leads me to my next question: how much lead time to order a cab at the hotel and ditto on the return trip from the station. (I'll be checking with my cousins on taxicab lead times in their area).
I had to give up this year's attending member slot, and as disappointed as I am about missing the panels and meeting up with old friends and making new ones -- this means I'll also miss out on the Con DVD. Ack!
Can anyone help by picking up a copy for me? I'll be happy to pay for it before hand, either by money order (no waiting for a check to clear) or by paypal.

I was going to email one of the con people privately with this question, but then I thought maybe someone else was wondering the same thing. (I looked through back entries & digests to make sure I hadn't missed the answer.)
Are the DVDs going to be sold like last year, only at the con itself? Or will people be able to order them? I'm afraid last year once I decided I couldn't go, I stopped paying attention to the community & missed that announcement. I smacked myself for days when I realized. (I love those DVDs!) So I want to make sure, since I can't go again this year, to bribe ask someone to pick me up a copy. Thanks in advance! And I apologize if this has been discussed already & I somehow missed it!
When we submit our playlist this week, does it have to be in a final playing order, or just list the vids you want and all the other info on the spreadsheet?
