OKAY SO I JUST WATCHED EPISODE 1 AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THEY AINT EVEN TRYING TO HIDE THE GAY I THINK WE GON BE OKAY
But on a separate not I dont like how they're letting on to Hua Chengs past already. Something I really liked about the novel was that Hua Cheng was a big mystery throughout most of the book, with only a little bit of him being revealed as the story progresses. Of course there's still lots for them to show of him in the donghua but I think that for new people to the series it will kind of spoil a lot of his character and mystery 😑
