Significance: It is currently the only flying Republic-built Razorback P-47D in the world.
Engine: Powered by a Pratt & Whitney R-2800 Double Wasp engine.
Awards: The restoration won the Grand Champion World War II award at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2023.

Udvar-Hazy Center's Boeing Aviation Hangar has been restored to its Vietnam-era camouflage and was given to the Smithsonian Institution in 1981.
