This is going to be my first Tumblr post; I’m so happy that one of my best pieces of art is dedicated to the Asuka x Kyo/Kyo x Asuka ship. This drawing holds so much history and detail—I could go on listing them forever. I hope you love it; I really do. Never let this ship die :')
From now on, I’ll be posting Digimon art and other things here. I think I just need to move forward, let go of past fears, and stop making excuses. I’m absolutely loving Digimon Beatbreak, and I want everyone to see the affection for the series that I’m pouring into my drawings.

I finished the artwork a few days ago, but I didn't think it was perfect and was a bit afraid to share it; however, I showed it to some friends who loved it, and they gave me the confidence to finally put it out there :')
WORK: "Stay with someone who looks at you the way Asuka looks at Kyo."
I wanted to depict Asuka with her warm smile while Kyo still wears that cold, detached look—perhaps a scenario that could have unfolded had Asuka spent time with Kyo back when he was the "Golden Star."
I'm a bit limited because I only draw using my laptop's trackpad and Krita, but you have no idea the effort and love I put into this.
Another detail I noticed while drawing is that Kyo wears a gold necklace—one he had back when he was a star—but it disappears once he meets Karina and Minoru. I believe his star symbol was attached to that necklace (the star-point emblem, in the color corresponding to each star), though it is odd, as he was never actually seen wearing that symbol anywhere on his body.

I firmly believe the reason no digimon confronts Ken after he stopped being the kaiser is that they just don't recognize him, can't tell it's the same guy.
